NLP is the understanding of how we think, how we feel, how we behave. It is the understanding of how our thoughts become our reality. It is the understanding of how, with small tweaks, we can reset, reframe & reprogramme these processes for the better.

Hypnosis


Hypnosis is the art of tapping in to the unconscious mind first with a wonderful relaxing trance then transforming, using various hypnosis processes, the minds data base. The data base that stores all our habits, thoughts, emotions, learned behaviour's so that these can be disrupted allowing newer positive, impactful habits, behaviours to form.

Your Solution Sessions


Online and in person sessions range from 60 minute, 90 minute or 3 hour sessions depending on your needs. This is determined in your free 15 minute consultation chat. 

As a qualified NLP Practitioner aswell as a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist I offer solution focused sessions which are a mix of coaching, NLP & hypnosis. This ensures optimum results for your desired outcome.

All delivered in a unique, personable, confidential, friendly fashion.

Happiness Health Check / MOT


Through 1-2-1 in person or 1-2-1 on line sessions along with my popular online group sessions we explore 12 modules ranging from nutrition, energy to comfort zone & fun.

These 12 modules are the pillars which uphold our lifestyles. With conscious awareness and understanding of each module it highlights where any imbalance may lie.  Here I guide and coach you in these areas to ensure a more happier, harmonious lifestyle is achieved.

All sessions are delivered with breathe work techniques, pre session awareness work and homework.

Anchor ⚓️


Using an effective and powerful  NLP technique of anchoring I reconnect you to a past memory or experience in which you were most happy and confident. This allows you to recall this memory any time, any where, when needed enabling you to change states of emotions.

Carried out in 1-2-1 or group session's. Get your friends and family together any enjoy this lovely meditative, relaxing and happy experience..

Motivational Speaker


Having been invited and had the pleasure to speak at many different events including local council run workshops, International women's day and local business, if your work place or event is in need of a motivational coach/ speaker reach out.
